GENERAL CONDITIONS 

By accepting these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. De.Meraki Touch does not permit credit card purchases for individuals under the age of 18. We maintain the right to reject or modify a Customer's order (such as when incorrect personal information is provided or there is a history of non-payment of debts). Additionally, we hold the right to decline service to anyone, without exception or reason, at any point in time.

You acknowledge that your content (excluding credit card details) might be transferred without encryption and may involve (a) transmissions across diverse networks, and (b) alterations to adapt to technical requisites of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission over networks. You are prohibited from reproducing, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any part of the Service, the use of the Service, or access to the Service, as well as any interaction on the website facilitating the provision of the service, without obtaining explicit written permission from us.

RETURN

Each piece of art is crafted by hand, tailored exclusively for you upon ordering. Due to this personalized creation process, kindly be advised that all orders are final and cannot be returned.

CANCELLATION

You have the flexibility to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing it. Additionally, if you need to make changes to your order, you have up to 2 days from the time of purchase to do so. For any cancellations or order adjustments, kindly reach out to us at: info@demerakitouch.com

DELAYS

De.Meraki Touch holds no responsibility for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as general labor disputes, severe weather conditions, pandemics, wartime actions, fires, lightning, terrorist incidents, altered governmental directives, technical complications, faults in power/telecom/computer networks, communication shortcomings, or delays in services from sub-suppliers due to the mentioned circumstances. Such events will absolve liability for damages and corresponding actions. In the event of such occurrences, De.Meraki shall notify the Customer both at the commencement and conclusion of the period affected.   If the situation persists for over three months, both the Customer and De.Meraki have the right to terminate the purchase immediately. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders within the European Union and outside the EU, we use a Delivery At Place (DAP) /  Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) approach. This means we handle delivering the goods to the specified destination, ready to be unloaded.  Meaning that all taxes and duties are excluded in the final price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the customs and postal code. De.Meraki Touch does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. 

Additionally,  taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by  De.Meraki Touch.

GIFT VOUCHERS

• Redemption: Gift voucher can be redeemed for artwork only and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.
• Validity: The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Transferability: The voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient named on the voucher.
• Value: The value of the voucher is limited to the amount stated on the voucher and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
• Refunds: No refunds will be provided for purchases made using this voucher.
• Usage : You can use more than one gift voucher for a single order. If the order amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the full amount on the voucher will be used, and the remaining balance will be invoiced. If the order amount is lower than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the end of the validity period.
• Expiry: Any unused portion of the voucher will not be refunded or credited after the expiry date.
• Conditions: The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
